Surprises (DSS), The Dubai Mall has launched an extravagant “Win
100 Carats of Diamonds” campaign.
For every AED 200 spent at any retailer at
The Dubai Mall, or Souk Al Bahar shoppers can receive a
scratch and win card from any Guest Services desk for the chance
to win a dazzling half carat diamond - instantly.
Worth
approximately US$3,000 (AED 11,010) each, 200 individual half
carat diamonds will be given away, for a combined total of 100
carats. This promotion will run exclusively for The Dubai Mall and
Souk Al Bahar shoppers until August 14, 2009.

exciting opportunity to win instantly, creating an element of
surprise and adding to the overall festivities of Dubai Summer

In addition to the scratch and win cards, shoppers who
spend AED 200 or more will also receive a Surprising Millions
raffle coupon for the chance to win up to AED 5 million in prizes
as part of the Dubai Shopping Malls Group summer promotion. With
draws held weekly throughout DSS, prizes include passes to The
Dubai Mall’s leisure attractions including Dubai Aquarium &
Underwater Zoo and the Dubai Ice Rink.
The Dubai Mall
currently has over 900 retail outlets including several flagship
or debut stores of leading global brands. Anchor department store
Galeries Lafayette, one of France’s leading lifestyle retailers, has
opened, marking its entry to the Middle East market.

Marco Polo appoints Sales Representatives in London and New York

representatives’ offices in London and New York.

representatives in its core long-haul markets, Marco Polo seeks to
enhance and expand the sales coverage by reaching new customers,
through traditional and online channels.

Korean Air Expands Codeshare With Uzbekistan Airways
Posted , add a commentKorean Air has expanded its codeshare ties with
Uzbekistan Airways into mutual free-sale agreement. This means
that either airline will be able to book and sell seats on the
partner airline’s passenger flight without restriction, as long as
the inventory is open.
Previously, the relationship was single-sided, in which only Uzbekistan Airways placed its code on Korean Air
flights.
With the new agreement, Korean Air customers will be
able to choose from a wider schedule than before when traveling
to Central Asia.
Korean Air operates three roundtrip flights a
week between Seoul (Incheon International Airport) and Tashkent,
and Uzbekistan Airways has two flights a week on the same route.
The expanded arrangement allows Korean Air customers to fly
Korean Air and accrue Skypass miles on all five flights.
Qantas launches Promotion in Singapore

Evergreen Laurel Hotel Bangkok Joins Utell

Utell Hotels & Resorts for its dedicated international sales,
marketing and distribution.
Its sister property, the Evergreen Laurel
Hotel Penang in Malaysia has also extended its decade-long
relationship with Utell for another two years.

are delighted to welcome Evergreen’s distinguished Bangkok
property into the Utell family and of course to continue providing
