Best Western Hotels in Asia launch Buy One Get One Promotion

offers guests one free room night for one paid room night at
hotels and resorts in eight prime countries across Asia - Bali,
China, India, Japan, Macau, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
To qualify, guests must book between 20 July
and 2 August
2009 for travel between 20 July and 31 October 2009.
The offer is
on a first come, first served basis and is dependent upon
availability.
Finnair Signs Full Content Agreement with Travelport GDS

agreement with Finnish flag-carrier Finnair.
The agreement will
provide all Travelport GDS-connected travel agents worldwide with
access to the airline’s entire published inventory and fares.
Tom Kallstrom, vice president for Finnair said,
“We are happy that we were able to conclude the agreement with
Travelport GDS, which significantly strengthens our multi-channel
distribution strategy. Finnair is committed to developing its
business network and as such, this new agreement will provide this
all important link to the agents.”
Finnair is one of the world’s oldest operating
airlines, established in 1923. Its operations focus on
transporting passengers between Europe and Asia, via Helsinki.
Starwood Opens First Four Points by Sheraton Prototype Hotel

San Antonio Northwest - an event which also marks the launch of
the brand’s first prototype hotel and the company’s 450th hotel in
the United States.
The six-story 130-room hotel is owned by Galo
Properties and managed by DePalma Hotels.
Stylish and practical, the hotel’s guest
rooms feature a spacious work area, 32-inch flat screen
television, free bottled water and complimentary high-speed
Internet. Guests will also get a good night’s sleep in the
signature Four Points by Sheraton Four Comfort Bed, a luxurious
ensemble including a plush mattress, assortment of pillows and
stylish duvet.
Facilities at the first Four
Points by Sheraton prototype hotel include a state-of-the-art
fitness center, heated outdoor swimming pool, 1400 square-feet of

of the day, the hotel’s family room is a perfect spot to stay

SAS launches Thailand - Europe Promotion
Posted , add a commentScandinavian Airlines in Thailand has launched
new limited-period fares of 47,000 Baht for roundtrip Economy
Extra and 67,000 Baht for Business Class travel to 36 northern
European cities. Taxes and fees of around 12,500 Baht must be
added to the fares.
Bookings must be made and issued no later
than 15 August for travel between 21 July and15 December 2009.
Other conditions may apply.
The 36 destinations include major urban gateways
in Scandinavia, Germany and Belgium such as Berlin, Stuttgart,
Dusseldorf, Hannover, Hamburg, Brussels, Oslo, Copenhagen,
Stockholm and Helsinki.
The special price offer can also be used
for 26 smaller destinations across Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
On the ground, travellers receive 30kg baggage
allowance and priority boarding. Onboard they have video and audio
on demand and a power outlet for laptops. Passengers receive
150% EuroBonus points in Economy Extra and 200% in Business Class.

Thai Airways International launches Promotion

THAI Get More (Bin Sud Kua Sud Kum) Promotion”, which offers
special air fares on select domestic and international routes.
The
promotion is not just about special fares but also includes a
number of bonus services without extra charges. These services
include wide selection of onboard meals and beverages, up to 40 kg
of check-in luggage allowance and lounge access per class of
service entitlement.
