Refurbished Sheraton Fiji reopens

Starwood Hotels & Resorts has reopened the Sheraton Fiji Resort following the completion of an extensive US$22 million renovation. The six-month refurbishment project resulted in significant upgrades to guest accommodations, restaurants and bars, as well as the introduction of new recreational facilities. The centrepiece of the resort is the nearly 13,000 square-foot, lagoon style swimming pool developed by Scape Design Associates. This spectacular new pool features a number of underwater day seats and overwater hammocks and is divided into three sections, including a dedicated family-friendly area and quiet zone.
